Logo and tagline for "Port Grimaud"
The municipality of Grimaud has taken over the management of "Port Grimaud", nicknamed the Venice of Provence.
It is a unique architectural ensemble, listed in 2002 as a 20th century heritage site, now labeled "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" (since 2018).
Lakeside city housed at the bottom of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, it was designed and built by the architect François Spoerry from 1966.
The heart of the city is open to visitors and you will have to leave your vehicle in the parking lot outside to discover the city on foot, while respecting the tranquility of the inhabitants.
It was necessary to redefine its image by linking it to the municipality of Grimaud but keeping its own identity.
An elegant typography to accompany the symbol that speaks both to the residents of the port but also a tourist image for all visitors to the site. The theme of the sea is present to make it a judicious and powerful association. And we find the atmosphere of Grimaud with the tower... a balance between its two inseparable elements...
