Amadeus, the world's leading provider of technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, has entrusted our team with the construction of a catalog for their training.

We have therefore developed, with our CMS "all-terrain", CaMykS, new modules dedicated to the management and display of training, optimized especially for Amadeus.

Administration

The management module includes many features to meet the needs of Amadeus. In particular, it incorporates a 4 level workflow system, allowing different validations but also the insertion of information at intermediate levels.
Since the structure of the courses is complex, at the first level, the editing is done in a template that corresponds exactly to the final display of a training, in order to help and guide the trainer in the insertion of a new formation.

The tool does not manage a single catalog but a multitude, created from the main parameters of the training (type, region, public, industries, language, confidentiality, ...).

It is thus possible to create as many catalogs as necessary, each dedicated to a different group of people. It is possible to export each catalog in PDF format, with a personalized cover, a summary, and of course all catalog formations.
Last but not least, dedicated statistics allow you to follow the trainings that attract the most interest from visitors.

Visits

On the visitor side, the public trainings are displayed in list, with a relevant search engine.
The training display is automatically adapted according to the type of training.
Each training can also be exported in PDF independently. The training sessions are also accessible via a stand-alone display (tablet and mobile compatible), apart from any catalog, this allows Amadeus to provide access to certain training courses that do not appear in any of the catalogs, but also to offer customized training for A very special client.

A top result

This project is already a success because catalogs have already been created for an Asia branch of Amadeus.
